Nap time at high school!

I have decided to talk about this matter because today I have read a magazine called "muy interesante" and the thruth is that is very interesting because it talks about plenty of things.
I have read that a study by the University of California, Berkeley (USA) reveals that 90 minute nap serve to clear the mind and enhance learning ability.
As more time we spend awake, our brain becomes slow down!
Moreover, when you was up all night the ability to start new activities, reduced by forty percent! In the magazine say that, now the scientists wants to investigate if the little sleep, that is related to aging, causes diseases such as Alzheimer's.

All of this information made me think that probably the education structure is not good, because the students don't have time. If when we have exams also we have homework it's impossible do everithing!! Accordingly we have to lose sleep hours.
The Solution, make a sleep time in high school like in nursery... of course I'm joking. I don't know THE SOLUTION but now you know that sleep is very important!

Oh, as you Monica, I really like to sleep also! I have to sleep the necessary hours to be active and to pay attention with the classes... if I can not sleep my hours I am not myself! And these lasts weeks we both sleep so fewer because of the examsT.T But well, this friday you know.. we are going to London! ;D So, we must be pactient. CU darling!!
